Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, and staying active through fitness, drawing inspiration from nature and movement to fuel her creativity. |

Project Manager Travis and his family are passionate outdoor enthusiasts. Before joining BT Construction and Development, he served in the Marines for 4 years. He has substantial experience in the construction industry from framing, siding, roofing, and electrical. Travis has an extensive experience managing multiple multi-million dollar projects both residential and commercial. He takes pride in hard work and ethics to deliver a quality product in a timely manner |

Michael Muir
Field Engineer Michael is a husband, father, and most importantly a disciple of Jesus Christ. Michael has more than a decade of experience in the construction industry working in multiple trades which helps support him in his current role as a field engineer. As a technical specialist on the jobsite, coupled with 14 years of experience in the Army National Guard, he has the leadership and teaching skills to help build the next generation of construction professionals. He works diligently to produce a quality product while being a good steward of the client's money. While not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors in God's creation, raising his own food, and chasing adventure. |

Brett Eby
Sales Manager Brett joined BT in August of 2025 to lead bidding and estimating for all types of prospects for the company. Most recently, he worked as an Outside Salesman where he managed a large portfolio of large and small contractors, providing all their lumber and building supplies needs throughout a residential build process. Prior to sales, he worked as a solo-entrepreneur providing custom crafted furniture, cabinets, built-in woodwork adaptations, and various handyman home repairs to the Helena community. His solo venture was the culmination of several years crafting and staining custom furniture and cabinets at multiple local cabinet and furniture shops. The foundation of his career, however, is likely the most indicative of his journey to his current position - when he framed, set trusses, built walls and more for multiple construction companies after high school and college. Brett lives in Helena with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys golfing, camping, skiing, and enjoying all the wonders Montana offers with his family. |
